1. How do I purchase a report?

You need to select the desired product, and follow the below instructions to purchase:

  • Choose the License Type
  • Click on Add to Cart button
  • Choose the Mode of payment, i.e. Credit Card or Wire Transfer
  • Fill the billing information form on the checkout page
  • Click on the Proceed button
  • On successful transaction, we will send you the invoice on your registered email address. In case of a wire transfer, you will have to sign a purchase contract.
  • Our dispatch team will share the report within 48 hours.

2. When will I receive the report?

On successful receipt of payment, out internal dispatch team will deliver the report within 48hours. There could be a delay in delivery due to difference in time zones. Please note that if a purchase is made on a holiday or over a weekend, you will receive the report taking into account two working days.

1. What do you mean by Data Pack/Excel, Online Only, Single User, Five User, and Enterprise licenses?

We offer five types of product licenses depending on the requirements to regulate accessibility and distribution rights.

  • Online Only License grants access to a specific report for ONLY one person to access it through an electronic medium. In this type, the report cannot be downloaded or stored in any format.
  • Single User License grants access to a specific report for use by only ONE person. The report can be downloaded, but the access is restricted to only one authorized user.
  • Five User License grants access to 2–5 users within the same department and within the organization. These reports cannot be shared across other organizations or subsidiaries.
  • Enterprise License grants access to a specific report to more than 5 users. This report can be distributed among subsidiary companies or other companies under the same group.
